Exhaustive list of documents required to obtain an administrative service

An application for state registration of changes to the information about a natural person-entrepreneur contained in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Natural Persons-Entrepreneurs and Public Organisations, which may also include a request to register such a person as a value added tax payer and/or to choose the simplified taxation system; a document on payment of the administrative fee — in case of state registration of changes to the information about the surname, name, patronymic or location of a natural person-entrepreneur.

If the documents are submitted in person, the applicant shall present an identity document in accordance with the law.

In case of submitting documents by a representative, a copy of the original (notarised copy) of the document confirming his/her powers shall be additionally submitted (unless information on the powers of this representative is contained in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Associations).

For the purposes of registration actions, a document certifying the powers of a representative may be:

  1. a notarised power of attorney;
  2. a power of attorney issued in accordance with the laws of a foreign country.
